Local Consultations and Engagement Events

Public feedback is vital in ensuring that local healthcare services are meeting the needs of the population that they serve.  The Trust has been made aware of the following local consultations and engagement events:

Healthwatch Cheshire East

Healthwatch Cheshire East often host consultations to gauge the thoughts and opinions of local people.  The consultation section of their website is available via the following link - http://healthwatchcheshireeast.co.uk/local-consultations (external website, link opens in new window).

Cheshire Chat

The two local NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) for South Cheshire and Vale Royal are asking everybody for their thoughts to help shape the future of local healthcare.  In the coming months, both CCGs will be planning their work for the next year and want the public’s views on what is important to everyone

They want you to share what you think about and how you feel about healthcare - for you and your local community - as well as what you would like to see in the future.  ‘Cheshire Chat’ was launched in September 2015 at the NHS South Cheshire CCG and NHS Vale Royal CCG’s joint Annual General Meeting and is a consultation, so they can find out what matters to you when it comes to healthcare.

More information is available online at www.cheshire-chat.co.uk (external website, link opens in new window).

The event will take place at the Beechmere Extracare Village, Rolls Avenue, Crewe, and will have a self-care theme.
